D\u00fcsseldorf, in collaborazione con l'associazione D\u00fcsseldorf Palermo e.V., riprende il programma di residenza con la citt\u00e0 gemellata di Palermo. L'artista M. Giulia Sofi \u00e8 attualmente al lavoro a D\u00fcsseldorf dove presenter\u00e0 le sue opere all'Atelier am Eck dal 7 luglio. Giulia Sofi, nata a Palermo nel 1991, ha studiato Architettura a Palermo e Venezia, per poi rivolgersi ad altri media come fotografia, radio (Milano) e web design. Con la sua partecipazione a numerose mostre e interventi nello spazio pubblico e installazioni sonore, Giulia Sofi si concentra in particolare sul ruolo dell'artista osservante e poi anche interveniente. A D\u00fcsseldorf, sotto il titolo \\\"Conversazioni con chi va a pescare\\\", fotografie, riproduzioni di immagini trovate nei media e suoni si combinano per formare un'esperienza visiva e sonora complessa. Una prima serie di immagini ritrae animali acquatici nello loro contesto naturale dell'Orto Botanico Palermo. La seconda serie (refishing) consiste in riproduzioni di foto simili ad epifanie in cui gli animali vengono salvati da situazioni difficili causate dall'uomo. In accordo con il titolo della mostra, le impressioni visive sono integrate nello spazio espositivo dall\u2019audio di un'intervista in cui Giulia Sofi interroga i pescatori sui loro pensieri mentre pescano. Sono conversazioni che portano ad analogie tra il ruolo dell'artista e la figura del pescatore: il processo artistico come sospensione e ricerca nell'ignoto. Zur Zeit arbeitet die K\u00fcnstlerin M. Giulia Sofi in D\u00fcsseldorf und ihre Werke sind ab dem 7. Juli im Atelier am Eck zu sehen.<br \/>Giulia Sofi, 1991 in Palermo geboren, studierte zun\u00e4chst Architektur in Palermo und Venedig, wandte sich dann aber auch anderen Medien wie der Fotografie, dem Radio (Mailand) und dem Web Design zu. Mit ihren zahlreichen Ausstellungsbeteiligungen und Interventionen im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum, die akustische Impulse einschlie\u00dfen, verweist Giulia Sofi insbesondere auf die beobachtende und dann auch eingreifende Rolle des K\u00fcnstlers und der K\u00fcnstlerin; so auch in der Ausstellung in D\u00fcsseldorf. Unter dem Titel \u201eGespr\u00e4che mit denen, die fischen gehen\u201c, werden von ihr aufgenommene Fotografien, gefundene Aufnahmen aus den Medien, sowie Sounds zu einem komplexen Bild- Akustik-Erleben zusammengef\u00fcgt. Die bildthematischen Rahmen bilden zum einen eine Serie zu Wassertieren im Orto Botanico Palermo. Die zweite Serie (refishing) besteht aus Abbildungen, in denen Tiere aus einer durch Menschenhand verursachten misslichen Situation, einer Epiphanias gleich, gerettet werden. Dem Titel der Ausstellung gem\u00e4\u00df, werden die Bildeindr\u00fccke komplementiert mit einem im Ausstellungsraum zu h\u00f6ren Interview. Giulia Sofi befragt dort Fischer nach Ihren Gedanken w\u00e4hrend des Fischens.<br \/>Es sind Gespr\u00e4che, die zu Analogien zwischen K\u00fcnstlerin und dem Befragten f\u00fchren: der k\u00fcnstlerischen Prozess als das ebenfalls im Unbekannten suchen.
