Le loro fotografie hanno in comune una tendenza, o meglio un attitudine, che mostra un forte rimando alla fotografia classica di inizio secolo scorso. Una fotografia analogica e fortemente momentanea in cui la presenza del fotografo si riduce al solo sguardo tecnicizzato attraverso lo scatto. Le due serie da esporre hanno poi in comune i motivi naturalistici che fanno da leitmotiv dei due fotografi. In Jos\u00e9 Florentino la presenza dell\u2019albero come tema e oggetto fotografico mentre nella serie di Diego Ruggiero sono gli uccelli. Nel fotografo di origine portoghese l\u2019albero diventa pretesto per giungere a uno dei dibattiti pi\u00f9 longevi in fotografia, ovvero quello dell\u2019incontro\/scontro tra fotografia e pittura. Le sue fotografie, stampate in piccolo o medio formato in un saturatissimo bianco e nero tendono quasi pi\u00f9 alla grafica pittorica che alla fotografia naturalistica. In Diego Ruggiero invece gli uccelli rappresentano l\u2019elemento assiale nella composizione dell\u2019immagine fotografica. Geometricamente ordinate e cromaticamente sospese le foto di Diego Ruggiero utilizzano gli uccelli come mezzo per ricercare un ordine nel caos naturale. Ihre Fotos teilen eine Tendenz mit, oder besser ein Attitude, die einen starken Bezug auf die klassische Fotografie anfangs letztes Jahrhunderts zeigt. Analoge und eng augenblickliche Fotografie, in der sich die Anwesenheit des Fotografen auf den durch die Aufnahme technisierten Blick reduziert. Die zwei Serie haben auch die naturalistische Motive gemein, die als Leitmotive gelten: die B\u00e4ume bei der Fotografie Florentinos und die V\u00f6gel bei Diego Ruggieros. In Florentino sind die B\u00e4ume Vorwand, um das Thema des Verh\u00e4ltnisses zwischen Fotografie und Malerei zu analysieren. Seine Fotografie versucht eine enge Grenze die zwei Medien zu erreichen. Pr\u00e4sentiert in kleinem oder Mittel-Format und schwarz-wei\u00df zeigen sich die Fotos mehr wie graphische Werke als naturalistische Fotos. In Diego Ruggiero stellen die V\u00f6gel axiale Elemente der Bildkomposition. Thematisch gelten die V\u00f6gel als Mittel, um eine Ordnung im nat\u00fcrlichen Chaos zu finden.
